                 Special Sticky Rice Tasted by Jinxiang People

In the Chinese lunar calendar, there are the Spring Equinox, the Autumnal Equinox, the Beginning of Spring, the Beginning of Summer, the Beginning of Autumn and the Beginning of Winter. In the southern part of China, traditionally at the Beginning of Summer, people tend to cook a kind of special sticky rice with mustard leaves, bamboo shoots, hams and broad beans.
